For the sale of certain products, we provide a money-back guarantee. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms, except to the extent that the terms of a specific product or service provide otherwise. Please, read this refund policy carefully before purchasing our products. Thank you!
Online Courses
We believe in our courses and we know they can help you reach your goals as an artist and help you become a more resourceful artist. We want you to feel like we delivered on our promises, that's why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our online courses.
We only want to work with people who are as committed to making this work as we are. Our courses won't work if you don't. If you're not ready to give it your absolute best, our courses may not be the best fit for you.
No refunds will be given after 30 days. Refusal to submit the required coursework will void the guarantee and no refunds will be issued.
Downloading all of the course materials prior to requesting a refund will also void the guarantee.
Your access to the course portal, its contents and our community will be restricted upon receiving a refund.
Your 30 day money back guarantee only applies the first time you enroll in one of our online courses. If you receive a refund on an online course enrollment, and you enroll in the same course again in the future, you will not qualify for a money back guarantee nor receive another refund upon request.

Thriving Artist Blueprint
If you enroll in Thriving Artist Blueprint and you're not satisfied, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing [email protected]. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase.
You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit ALL of the following:
✦ Requirement #1 - Complete and submit for review Module 1 worksheets including the specifics of your art style audit and practise of styles to determine which style you’ll move forward with.
✦ Requirement #2 - Optimize a minimum of three of the social media channels/galleries included in Module 4 following the course recommendations. Submit links to your profiles so that we can check they were correctly optimized per the course recommendations.
✦ Requirement #3 - Set up a minimum of two income streams following the recommendations included in Module 7 and attach the completed worksheets for the two income streams you’ve established.
✦ Requirement #4 - Let us know why the course wasn’t the right fit for you and what you would have liked to see instead. We’re always looking for ways to improve the course.
Thriving Artist Income Accelerator Mini Course
If you enroll in Thriving Artist Income Accelerator and you're not satisfied, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing [email protected]. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase.
You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit ALL of the following:
✦ Requirement #1 - Watch all of the videos included in the course.
✦ Requirement #2 - Submit screenshots of your pricing after using the pricing calculator to come up with a pricing strategy & a screenshot of your selected income streams and the projected revenue you could generate from them.
✦ Requirement #3 - Let us know why the course wasn’t the right fit for you and what you would have liked to see instead. We’re always looking for ways to improve the course.
Coaching Calls Money Back Guarantee
No refunds shall be given for any coaching calls included with the program that have been claimed, whether you attended them or not. For instance, if you schedule and attend all three coaching calls and then decide to withdraw from the program, your enrollment fee for the coaching calls will not be refundable.
If you schedule coaching calls and don't attend them regardless of the reason for non-attendance, they will become non-refundable. A prorated refund will be issued for any coaching calls not claimed nor scheduled at the time of submitting the refund request (within 30 days of purchase).
Coaching calls can be rescheduled without penalization up to 48 hours before the call was set to take place. Rescheduling after that is subject to approval and availability. Coaching calls can't be re-scheduled more than once. If you're unable to attend the coaching session on the rescheduled date, it will be considered as claimed and non-refundable.
✦ Note: this only applies to products that include additional 1:1 coaching calls, not to group coaching calls included as a bonus with certain courses.
Downloadable Products
Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds will be available. All purchases are final. If you have questions about the product or need any support with using them, you can contact us at [email protected].

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, worksheets, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
